Rook Salinger has completed a project to assist Rust-Oleum, the world leader in protective paints and coatings, in the consolidation of their Victorian headquarters and distribution centre.
Rook Salinger managed a process that resulted in Rust-Oleum securing a 10 year lease over a 9,260sqm freestanding facility at Caribbean Park in Scoresby, east of Melbourne.
Rook Salinger has extensive experience in dealing with specialised client requirements that include dangerous goods inventory. This project included:
• Identification and coordination of specialist consultants
• Consideration of various compliance regimes and potential fit-out options to comply
• Scoping and managing a capital expenditure budget for a warehouse fit-out.
The completed project delivered the successful consolidation of multiple warehouse and office sites into one facility that will deliver significant long-term operational benefits.
