After an extensive strategic planning process, Ecolab Inc has taken a 10 year lease on a modern 10,400m2 distribution centre at South Park Drive, Dandenong South. As part of the acquisition process, the owner will undertake an extensive retrofit of the property with specialised fit-out for storage of dangerous goods such as: bunding, DG bunker and upgraded fire systems. The office area will also be doubled in size and fitted out as Ecolab’s new Victoria headquarters.
