Managed the sale process of a surplus manufacturing site and head office property on behalf of a multi-national corporation, including an extensive vendor due diligence process.

Sydney & Adelaide - $18 million

Managed the off-market sale and leaseback of an industrial portfolio on behalf of an ASX listed occupier.

NSW Central Coast - $8 million

Managed the on-market sale of a complex manufacturing site on behalf of a US based client. The sale consisted of a 27,000sqm purpose built manufacturing facility on a 7.5 hectare site.

Western Sydney - $12 million

Arranged the turnkey acquisition of a purpose built facility for an owner-occupier at Eastern Creek.

Goulburn - $10 million

Arranged the off-market transaction for the sale of Coles regional distribution centre including surplus land, lease restructuring and disposal strategy.

Sydney - $15 million

Managed the sale of a portfolio of three industrial buildings to separate purchasers in Moorebank, East Roseville and Villawood.
