Following an extensive strategic planning process, international water, hygiene and energy technologies and services company, Ecolab, has signed a 10 year lease on a 10,425sqm distribution centre in South Park Drive, Dandenong South, VIC.
Rook Salinger provided tenant representation and project advisory services to Ecolab, a long-standing client.
As part of the agreement we negotiated an extensive retrofit of the building in accordance with the client’s brief to create a new dangerous goods warehouse to Australian standards which included bunding, a class 5 bunker and upgraded fire systems to AS 3833. The adjoining office is also being extended and refurbished to meet Ecolab’s requirements to house their Victorian state office.
The new facility has LED lighting throughout, a drive-through truck loading area, three recessed docks and four on-grade loading docks.
