Following an extensive strategic planning process, international water, hygiene and energy technologies and services company, Ecolab, has signed a 10 year lease on a 10,425sqm distribution centre in South Park Drive, Dandenong South, VIC.

Rook Salinger provided tenant representation and project advisory services to Ecolab, a long-standing client.

As part of the agreement we negotiated an extensive retrofit of the building in accordance with the client’s brief to create a new dangerous goods warehouse to Australian standards which included bunding, a class 5 bunker and upgraded fire system s to AS 3833. The adjoining office is also being extended and refurbished to meet Ecolab’s requirements to house their Victorian state office.

The new facility has LED lighting throughout, a drive-through truck loading area, three recessed docks and four on-grade loading docks.
