Rook Salinger was engaged on this warehouse consolidation project, assisting national medical supplies company CH2 rationalise their property portfolio. We provided location strategy and advice, allowing CH2 to evaluate all options. The client settled on a 10,000m2 purpose‐built climate-controlled warehouse at the M4/M7 junction at Eastern Creek in western Sydney.

The new facility enabled CH2 to expand their capabilities and reduce operational cost, incorporating a range of energy saving features that included solar panels.
